These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and phtaa ("phtaa," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phtaa online gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phtaa Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the phtaa Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the Platform without registering.
phtaa reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. To register and use the phtaa Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
phtaa reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the phtaa Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phtaa reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phtaa is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaa account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You agree to notify phtaa immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. phtaa will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
phtaa may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID). phtaa reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
phtaa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following regulated Philippine payment channels:
phtaa does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Any attempt to deposit using prohibited payment methods will be rejected and the funds returned to the originating account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. phtaa reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable law.
All transactions on the phtaa Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phtaa is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

All games available on the phtaa Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer equipment, as applicable. phtaa is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phtaa reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phtaa's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.
Bets placed after the official closing time for any event, or bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of placement, will be voided. phtaa reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a manifest pricing error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaa Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
phtaa reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
All content on the phtaa Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of phtaa or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phtaa Platform without the prior written consent of phtaa. Unauthorized use of phtaa's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
phtaa collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phtaa Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phtaa complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
phtaa will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to process your transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaa and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phtaa Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
phtaa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaa account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phtaa does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under Philippine law.
phtaa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
You may close your phtaa account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered Philippine payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Accounts that have been closed due to self-exclusion will not be reopened during the self-exclusion period under any circumstances, including at the request of the account holder.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phtaa Platform shall first be submitted to phtaa's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phtaa from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
phtaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phtaa will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.
Your continued use of the phtaa Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
